Hi, I'm Hailey. The other week our class went to Fine Thymes Bistro in Bracebridge.The bistro was very fancy and it was very fun.We all had really cold bread and you spread nutella on it and dip it in hot chocolate that tastes like Hershey's.Then we had a garlic bread boat with ham and melted cheese on the garlic bread. Then we had a delicious raspberry tart. The owner of the restaurant explained what people typically eat in France in French and we were expected to speak French to each other throughout the meal. All thanks to Mme Lindsay for making all this happen but...the biggest thanks to the owner of the restaurant for making the restaurant into a fine French thyme!
HI everyone. We had a high school chemistry teacher, Mrs. Smith, come over to talk about chemistry and the differences between physical and chemical changes. We did a crazy experiment outside where a completely new (black and oozing) product was created. After we finished the experiments, we talked about what classes in high school you'd need to take to be in a job that involves lots of chemistry ex. making carpet. We talked about how chemicals can both harm and help our world. Judah
