Hello everyone,
For the Pancake Dinner the school council has requested that each class put together a themed basket which will be either raffled off or put in a silent action. As a class we had to decide on a theme for our basket. There were soooo many great themes put forward - rainy day, winter fun, arts and crafts, flight, animals and many more.
We had a great debate and the top 2 themes were Movie Night and Sports. So they decided - hey why can't we have a Movie Night/Sports basket??? In true democratic fashion we held a vote and Movie Night/Sports basket won by a landslide.
So what does this mean for you? Each student is as to donate 1 item related to the theme. The items are not expected to cost a lot. Once we get all the items in we will arrange them in our basket.
If you could help your child bring in an item by this Thursday or the latest Monday Feb 8 that would be wonderful. We will need time to arrange them.
