Mme Lindsay's Space Class.

Space

  In Mme Lindsay's class, we are learning about space. We watched videos about Canadian astronauts Chris Hadfield and Julie Payette in space. Chris taught us  how to cook meals in space and Julie told about what is in the space shuttle in French. We brainstormed how astronauts eat in space and we figured out that most of their food is dehydrated and that they  use velcro to keep it from flying away.  On Monday, April 3rd, we are having a debate in class (in French) about  whether the government should spend money on space exploration or not.  Students will be representing either the federal government, a group who wants space exploration or a group who doesn't.
